The place was clean and we loved moderate queen room. The restaurant was popular for lunch and dinner, we ordered appetising dishes. The hotel was good standard and comfortable modern and in a central location.

The breakfast was delicious and marvellous with fab meals. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card.

Luxurious hotel, central location easy to get to from Narita airport using a direct train to Nihombashi station, helpful staff, nice bar area. Good service, stylish double room with a decent view and free bottled water plus comfortable beds. Location close enough to sanctuary in the middle of a quiet and Very close to metro. A short walk from Art Gallery Yuki-Sis.

Clean hotel, services were great and location was excellent and fantastic convenient to Tokyo station & imperial palace.

Dinner and breakfast food was appetising. There were central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV in the rooms, which made them perfectly clean and fancy. The hotel was in the central setting close to 2 stations which makes getting around really easy.

The room was comfortable, and we had an exceptional view of the urban. A bidet in the private bathroom was a plus. The hotel was in a favourable location near all major tourist areas, shopping malls and restaurants and Narita.

The hotel is fantastic, nestled in a new building with fancy rooms. The staff from check-in to check-out. Nearby a subway station, overall I thoroughly enjoyed the location, it's great and amazing. The property has a nice restaurant for lunch and dinner. When I am in Tokyo, I like staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the business district and have easy access to several transport links. Although our room had no view from the window, we were pleasantly surprised with the room amenities, including air conditioning and tea & coffee facilities. The service housekeeping was top-notch, and the staff at this venue were always available and extremely helpful at all times.

That was GOOD standard and comfortable modern hotel set in very very nice area, so close to the subway and a metro station giving good access to the rest of Tokyo.

I had delicious food for breakfast with multiple options. The location was great and unbeatable, for example, Akihabara Town was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The most important was the staff - welcoming and really good people.

Hotel’s breakfast was delicious and quick with delicate portions, fish and view on Tokyo and could satisfy any taste. I stayed in stylish, functional room with comfortable bed, a decent shower and free bottled water. The location was excellent and incredible for trip in Tokyo.

I was travelling to Tokyo for shopping. Lots of food for breakfast, it was appetising. The location in a very quite area was marvellous and unbeatable and there were shopping streets and supermarkets nearby. The service was exceptional, that made the hotel comfy and fantastic place.

The staff at Mitsui Garden Hotel went above and beyond to help me when I lost my wallet. They spent two hours contacting the local police office and found it for me. The room was neat and tidy, and I enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
